1. Unzip file
2. Upload the content of "GPlus for WP 2.0" from "Product" folder into "wp-content/plugins" in your server
3. Activate the plugin and on the left menu under "Setting" click "GPlus for WP 2.0"
4. Configure the setting for the plguin then open in a new browser your WP site and the pop up plugin will show
